An AI and software company, working under the model
We take businesses from a legacy setup to AI running in production, and we build the products and platforms that run once they get there.
Why the company exists
Most AI work fails under the model rather than in it. The models are good and getting better, and they are not the constraint.
The constraint is four layers below them that were never built for a system that acts: data that was never provisioned, infrastructure that was never sized, security that assumes a human behind every action, and an estate that cannot be paused while any of it is fixed.
Companies that work at one of those layers hand you the seams. We were put together to work at all of them.

Software engineering
The platforms themselves — traffic-heavy, data-heavy systems that have to stay up. The same layers with no model in them.
AI products
Domain AI products: an agent that does one commercial job end to end, for one industry.
SaaS products and solutions
Subscription software we own and run, and the domain solutions configured on top of it. Licensed commercially, not open source.
Two services and two product lines. The product lines are named products with their own sites, and nothing in them has shipped yet, so you will not find one on a buyer page here.
What we will and will not say
The standard
We apply models. We do not train them.
We are not a frontier lab. The model layer is bought, and often it should be.
No number we have not measured
Every performance figure we could put on this site would be a guess, so there are none. We publish the load-test methodology first, and results only from your system.
No client name without written permission
So there are no logos and no case studies. We will walk you through an architecture instead.
Aligned, not certified
SOC 2, PCI and GDPR are design targets. No audit is complete. EU AI Act work is readiness.
No autonomy claim without a named checkpoint
If the action is irreversible, a person is on it, and we will tell you which person.
No migration claim without the rollback
Nothing is paused is a sentence about step six of the path, not a slogan.
The name is not decoration. Open interfaces, portable data, standard stacks in your infrastructure, and an export guarantee in the engagement. Replace us and everything keeps running.
